Please send us your withdrawal by post together with the goods you are returning. If you are sending the withdrawal by email. It is your responsibility to return the goods within three days of sending the withdrawal.

We, as the seller, then have 14 days to give you a refund. We define in the terms and conditions that we refund the money in the same way as we received it. In case you do not feel like going to the post office, or you want to return the money as quickly as possible, please add your account number to the withdrawal form and we will send you the money by bank transfer.

We refund postage according to the law at the basic rate.
